These are full seat riding breeches for small kids. They are perfect for young kids advanced and just starting out! They have a slight stain on the left thigh (as seen in photo above) but it is barely noticeable. They have Velcro bottoms and a pocket on the right.

@nonniecita these were used for girls but they probably can be used for boys if that what you are looking for... the US size is 24, which means the waist size of the pants is 24 inches... hope I answered all your questions 😄
