Children's place girls skirt size 5

Used children's place skirt size 5. Very cute. Elastic around waist is slightly fuzzy from washing. There are also a couple of rips in the mesh layer underneath. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you want to see any additional photos. Thanks for looking.
