nicolemariebp @pinkmex hi I’m so confused because you sent them separately and I asked several times to please ship together and combine shipping. The 5 came and it also has a tobacco smell to it and the 10 is separately arriving later. Why were these shipped separately when I asked to ship together?

pinkmex @nicolemariebp apologies I don’t know where the smoke smell came from I do not smoke. Also the items were purchased separately so they were shipped separate. The only way to have them shipped together was to cancel the order and repurchase. I spoke to customer service and that was the response I got.
