Children's Place holiday dress 🍭🍭🍭

Bought these brand new. My daughter wore it for approximately 30 minutes while they took their holidays card photos. In other words, it's brand new. I have a size 6 as well, but the top are sequins as apposed to velvet (🍭🍭🍭➡️3 for 20 plus shipping!)
