Childhoods Clothing toddler girls Dash Dot basic skirt

Size 3T - I'm not sure if this was actually a skirt or was cutoff to be made a skirt and it has a few stains on it (please see all photos). Pricing cheap because I am just not sure about this piece lol. Comes from a smoke free home!
