Chiffon ruffle mini dress

Never been worn! Pictures really do not do this dress justice, it is absolutely adorable. Wrap style with ruffle trimming, a tie belt, cap sleeves, and two ties in the back. Small zip closure in the back of the skirt. Would be perfect for a vacation somewhere warm! * Will be taking to a consignment store if not sold by 10/30/23 *
