Chiffon dress

Double-layered chiffon dress with sheer black carwash under layer. Peacock print fabric. Empire waist. It is just labeled as "L" for the size. My daughter wore it between 3-5 years and she's tall. I am labeling it as 3 to be cautious but can probably go up to 6, depending on child. Super cute with cowboy boots! Dress is 28” long.
