Paisley Sleeveless Dress w/Petal Hem

Sleeveless dress is made of chiffon fabric w/ Paisley/Floral print in purple/lavender, lt orange/peach, pink/magenta on a brown background. Bodice is fitted. Skirt portion is comprised of panels that are cut and layered resembling in upside-down tulip (but drapey/flowy, not rigid). Effect is similar to handkerchief hemline. Entire dress is lined w/an additional fabric layer of brown (like the background color of the outer layer). Empire waist accented by narrow, petite ruffle along the underbust seam. Vertical accent ruffle attached underbust extending downward about 15" along front center seam. Concealed zipper in back. 3/8" wide straps are adjustable w/antique brass color hardware.
