This Chicwish Applause of Ruffle Tiered Frill Hem Skirt in blue stripes is in very good used condition and was only worn a couple times. High waisted with a hidden side zipper, this skirt is lined and features a hi-lo hem and chiffon-like fabric. 100% cotton. Measurements (taken with garment flat): Waist: 13.5 in. Hips: 18 in. Front Length: 21 in. Back Length: 35.5 in.
