Chicwish Blue Glitter Skirt M/L

I bought this cute ✨sparkly✨ Chicwish skirt for my graduation and I’ve only worn it that one time - time for it to go to a new home! It’s a layer of soft-not-stiff tulle with a solid satin-y liner underneath. Size M/L, it’s 30.5” from top of waistband to hem. The waist is elastic. Unstretched, it’s 14.5” wide.
