Chico’s vintage metal and black chain belt enamel

A beautifully Art Deco statement piece from Chico’s!!! Measures 18.5” on black area and add another 21” in length with the silver chain. Lobster claw clasp is not included in the measure of overall length of 39.5”. Metal is of a good weight. Black braided material looks like leather but I’m not positive.
