Chicos size 3 top, thought from posher, but too small

This Chico top is in great condition although wrinkled. It is size 3 and material is 100% Lyocell. I purchased this from another posher, but unfortunately it was too small pit to pit is 22 inches. It has string adjustments on each side Gaither. The color is light blue and I have purchased it for $15.
