Chicos size 2 blouse/cover-up, great colors with translucence!!

Vibrant colors highlighted by nice button detailing on sleeves (see pics 2 and 3) and up the front Fabric is somewhat translucent, and more so in some areas as you can see by 2nd to last pic. Works well unbuttoned over a shell
