GUC. Reversible large pendant on black cord, adjustable. 2 tiny spots on the textured side of light rust, see pics. I think you can use baking soda paste or vinegar to brush out but haven't tried. I noticed when posted the matching bracelet the plastic stretchy part is little stretched out so I'm just going to include for free, price really only for necklace.
