I adore this dress. It's made of polyester with a little spandex. Travels great because it doesn't wrinkle. The sleeves are a little longer than 3/4. It is Chico's sizing size 2. Deep navy dress trimmed in black. It's so dressy and hangs well. Very gently used. No rips, tears, or stains. Non smoking home. D9
