Chico’s cover up top

I am not a fashionista, and I have no clue what this top would be called! It’s meant to be worn on top of something because it only has one hook and eye on the top. It’s a beautiful top in excellent condition with very little wear. Measurements are in the photos. Please ask if you have any questions.
