~black with white floral pattern ~very stretchy fabric ~tag says 2 but fits more like a 6 to 8 ~can fit a size 4 if you wear it as a low rise fit Measurements: ~waist (taken flat): 15” ~length (waist to hem): 27” Condition: some of the pattern is worn off in the back (see second pic)
