Chicos blue semi-sheer silk blouse/button up shirt is gently pre-loved. I usually sell unworn things but I loved this so much I wanted to pass it on. There are no tears or anything & the royal blue looks bright all over to me, but this is not a new item & not priced as one. Buttons are that shiny alabaster (I think) & sleeves can be worn long or buttoned as roll tabs. Slight crinkle material. The silk is semi sheer—wear a cami. I measured ~22” sleeves, 28”l in back & 25” in front, approximately.
