Chico’s autumn colors top with cross-cross back embellishment

Chico’s top in fall colors with attractive crisscross element to back neckline. Chico’s size is 0P, which comes out to 4 Petite in the rest of the US. Compared to other tops I have in 4 and/or petite, this looks like it would be a loose-fitting tunic type top. Would look great with jeans, leggings, or jeggings.
