kimberlylayne1 @ahudi They did, but said to wait until 4/20 to see if there was any new tracking information available. I wrote them back twice and said no, waiting another week was ridiculous and they needed to check on this now because there has been no activity on this package since 4/8. Waiting to hear their response to this.

kimberlylayne1 @ahudi Hi....I have messaged them several times this week, and have had no response other than “they have received my email and will respond as soon as they can.” I have also contacted USPS and have them researching as well. I will definitely let you know when I hear something back.
