This is from Chico's range called Travelers, which are great basic pieces that pack and travel well, and don't take up a lot of room. made of a great blend of Acetate with some spandex, they are very comfy and have a lot of stretch. This is Chico's size 1. The waist measures 12.5" flat unstreached, but almost 16" flat if stretched. Length from waist to hem is almost 28", so almost ankle length. A great basic...
