Has bows on the sleeves. Has slits at the bottom of the sleeves. Textured. Wide Sleeves. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 19 1/2 inches and from back of the neck to bottom of the sweater is 24 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
