Chicos Size 2 (Women's 12/14) Tropical Cold Shoulder Halter

Gorgeous Chico's cold shoulder halter. It has a zipper at back or neck and elastic cuff at end of the sleeves. I think I wore this one time after purchasing at the Chico's store (not outlet).
