sparklechick1 @chrisrh14 thank you, yes it does. See-- in the chart it says chest is 39", but if the P@P is 25" that means chest is actually 50" ---WAY off. And much too big for me. Much more of a XL or a 22/24 (or 4 in Chico's sizing) I'd say. Perfect for someone, but won't work for me. :-( But I AM looking through your closet for things that will :-)
