Chico's Flower Pattern Slipover Dress with 3/4" Split Bell Sleeves.

This dress is so fun and flirty, it almost reminds me of Goldie Hawn when she was gogo dancing on Laugh-In. I know, I am showing my age but I just love this retro print and the cut is very flowing, not too fitted. It is a 3 petite in Chico's and fits very nice. This dress says petite but measures 39" from top shoulder seam to hem. The split sleeve is on the underside of each sleeve.
