jkdesigns What does the waist measure across when at rest and when fully stretched? Is skirt lining or outer fabric stretchy? Will you measure the width of approximate hip area?

avemariaboutiq waist across 16 inches. There is an elastic tab on the waistband so would probably give another 1 to 2 inches. The fabric is polyester with spandex so there is some stretch to it. It is not lined but the fabric is a decent thickness so a slip would not be needed. Hip area bout 23/24 inches.
