Chico's Design Midi Skirt Black/Tan Women's Size 0 (Chico's Sizing)

This is a beautiful midi skirt and is in very good condition with no stains or tears. Black background with tan flowers and polka dots Fully lined and the lining comes out the bottom with a ruffled look Very flattering Size says 0 in Chico's which is a 4 in U.S. but looks bigger so I will put measurements below. Measurements taken with skirt flat on table Waist 17" Hips 21" Length 32" at longest point but hem is several lengths as seen in photos Questions? Feel free to ask!
