This is a Chico's Blue Button Up Roll Tabbed Sleeves Blouse that is a size 3 or XL. It is 75% Modal and 25% Polyester. Laying flat, It measures: Armpit to armpit-24.25" and the length is 26". It is very soft and in great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem.
