Chico's 2 pc Black Velour Long Sleeve Cowl Neck Pant Set Size 0 Small

Made of 76% cotton and 24% polyester feels like velvet. Sleeves are made of a jersey knit and has a tall turtleneck or cow neck and pants have an elastic waistband. Laying flat pants measure 15.5" in the waist, 11 " rise, and 29" inseam. Jacket measures 20" from pit to pit, and about 25" shoulder to the seam and has front pockets.
