@gdck62 Hi! Are the sparkles like glitter, or are they sequins? Are they glued on or sewn on? Also, what are the bust and length measurements?

The glitter is sequins. I cannot tell how they are attached. There do not look to be thread marks. Yet I do not feel glue. I have run my hands over it and however these things are attached they are on there..
From armpit to armpit the measurements are 24 1/2. The length from shoulder to hem is 28 1/2.
The fabric is 100% polyester.
