Chicle rhinestone studded vest in medium size

Cute vest in excellent condition that I have worn 1 time . This vest says medium but runs very small as in order to button the vest your under bust should be only 31 at the maximize if you intend to wear it buttoned. My under-bust is 32 and I cannot button it but it still looks awesome without being buttoned . The vest has no stains,tears or signs of wearing down and is missing no rhinestones . The measurement from the button to button hole is exactly 31 inches so be aware that would be the maximum and would be snug .
