Chic mini dress with peplum and button down collar

Mini button down dress with peplum flare. I'm 5'7" so it was too short for me. However, this could be perfect amount of flirty with tights and boots for Fall. I wore only once for a 2 hour dinner and that was it! Has a hidden side zipper so its fitted at the top and bodice.
