Chic mini dress with mock turtleneck

Chic mini dress with mock turtleneck. Has a boxy fit, reminding me of 60s and 70s style dresses with a French flair. It no longer has its size tag, but I’d say it fits like a small. The material is really thick, so I actually usually wore this dress in the fall/winter/early spring. Measures 31.5” from shoulder to hem.
