Chic Soul Tie Dye Dress

Chic Soul tie dye dress in size 2X (fits size 18-20). Lower v cut in both front and back with a piece of fabric across the shoulders on back. It also has a tie that can be removed or used to tie at waist. Dress hits above knee but is not super short. Could be great for an Era’s Tour option! 100% Polyester
