Chic Soul Sail On By Dress

This dress is absolutely gorgeous. A beautiful purple dress with 3d black polka dots. The sleeves have elastic on the end and are slightly see through. There is one picture that shows a polka dots that has a string coming from it. Please make sure you see that picture. It doesn’t affect the dress! Dress worn once.
