Elegant red on black skirt with a stylish bow. Perfect for any occasion. The skirt measures a 28 inch waist and it is 19 1/2 inches long. The maker is black by Saks Fifth Avenue size 8 made in China. This has been barely worn excellent condition. This is a dry clean skirt. There is a small salt mark on the back I have shown in the photo. I didn’t get a dry cleaned prior to sale. Enjoy!
