These beautiful velvet boots are from Nine West, Only worn once and in excellent condition. Color is Navy Blue size 11M with a 3.5 inch (8.89 cm) heel. The back of the boot has a stretchy material so it works for anyone with thicker calves and is easy to clean. The side features a zipper that comes up a few inches after the ankle.
