Chic Miss Selfridge Top

Slinky top for a night on the town. Pretty chartreuse color. Ties at the back of the neck. It’s a short top, but I wouldn’t consider it a crop top. Seems it might run a bit small. New with tags, purchased at Von Maur department store. Size 4.
