Chic Mesh Detailed High Neck Ivory Blouse

Gorgeous high-neck blouse with lots of lovely details. Ruffle collar tops mesh panel that drops down to scalloped ad pleated chest line. Double fabric covered buttons secure the neck. This was only worn once and is in beautiful condition. One small flaw of some loose threads from a necklace, shown in photo and not noticeable or relevant to construction!
