Chic Maxi Dress w/belt - NWT

NWT Maxi Dress in mustard, pink, turquoise, and navy colored print. Has a boho tribal look. Ultra cute teal rope belt with gold balls along with side slit. Size says Large and the dress is super long on me (I'm 5 '1').the dress was so pretty that I didn't care about the length! Would fit someone 5"4" and up best.
