Chic Green Mini Dress for Summer Events

This dress is one of a kind. All the ones I found were similar but different bottom design patterns. Feels like it came off a piece of antique furniture. Zipper works great. Could be used to wear out and have people start conversating or as a Halloween costume. measurements in the photos.
