Chic DVF wrap dress!

Fun DVF, black with fun blue and orange details. Tie around the middle but not a true wrap. Fairly deep v-neck. Hits mid-shin for me (I’m 5’9”). There are a couple of very slight snags, not very noticeable or I wouldn’t sell. I tried to show them in the last two pics.
