Chic Connection White Navy Embroidered Dress Bell Sleeve Size Medium, NWT

This is a dress by Chic Connection. It is white with navy floral embroidery down the front and at the bell sleeves, there is also a navy tie tassel at the neck. The bottom is scalloped and trimmed in navy. The dress is lined, super lightweight and made of 55% cotton and 45% rayon. It is a size medium and is new with tags still attached.
