Chic Black and White Polka Dot Cardigan

Layered dress. Black dress has a sheer polka-dot cardigan layered on the top, the cardigan is attached to the dress. The polka-dots are not white but more of a very light tan/cream color. They look white but when you are up close you can see they are off-white. Measurements are in the photos. No rips, stains, pulls or worn out fabric. I wore this ONE time to a wedding - dress is in excellent condition. Should mention that the time I did wear it I was very comfortable the entire night. Size 18W ITEM B7-9
