I bought this dress from Saks Fifth Avenue. The brand is Chiara Boni La Petite Robe. It's a size 10. I had it shortened. I am 5'5" and I wore a 3" heel. Blue, Halter Style, Sequins, Full Length Dress This dress was worn once and is in excellent condition! It would be perfect to wear to any formal event!
