mirindad3 @dee1067 the brand Chi was first made for people. shampoo conditioner styling products etc. sometime thereafter the company started making a canine line of grooming products shampoo conditioners leave-ins brushes etc. I see your question wasn't answered so I figured I'd just chime in if you were still wondering.

jailynne84 My dog has used the entire Chi Keratin for Dogs product line for years. Same color bottle, but has always said "For Dogs" under the capital letters "CHI". Below that, a gold circle around a poodle silhouette. If you look at the Chi website, this design front shows up under the people listings. All their dog products specify dogs on front to ensure the pets are getting a proper pH formuation for skin and coat.
