Chetta B ruffled top and skirt

Beautiful Chetta B ruffled top and skirt. Classy black top is lined with sheer sleeves. Ruffle along the neckline and bottom of the sleeve. Neckline with elastic and may be worn off the shoulder. The matching sheer black skirt is ruffled with a back zipper. The skirt ran a little big that is why the top is a size 8 and the skirt is a size 6.
