Chetta B dress

Cheers B by Sherrie Bloom and Peter Noviello party dress. Black under lining covered in black tulle with rows of different colored sequins. Strapless. Side zip. Built in adjustable corset waist. Some of the sequins need to be reinforced, but very few (see last picture). Such a fun dress!
