@puppamonster Hi there. Yes, that is correct. I noted in the listing that, based on actual measurements taken, the inches convert to 2X in std. U.S. sizing charts I googled. I can’t say why the mfr. tagged it as an M. To me, the “M” tag is misleading & not true to its actual dimensions. I’m just trying to provide accurate sizing for anyone interested.
