The vest is reversible--100% nylon navy blue outer shell and 100% polyester dark gray fleece lining. 100% polyester insulation. Pockets on the navy blue side only. Full zip. The nylon has a waterproof coating. The chest measurement is 28 inches across, from pit to pit. The length is 26 inches, as measured from the top of the shoulder to the hem.
